Both inner and outer premises of the lodging house are being changed. Water piping and sewer system have been changed in the premises. Also new fire seals were placed there to enhance safety.
The lodging house is located in the centre of České Budějovice, opposite a newly created bus station with a large shopping zone (Mercury Centre with car park for 700 cars), 100 metres from the railway station.
The best known street in České Budějovice, the Lannova street, is about a three-minute walk, you can also comfortably get to the Přemysl Otakar II. square in about 10 minutes.
